Boehner: Obama must negotiate

October 6, 2013

Here we are again, seeing that nasty “N” word that has been used over and over again by corrupt politicians! Boehner and almost all of our Representatives are either are too dumb to understand their position, or they are simply complicit with the corrupt and criminal actions of the administration. We DO NOT “NEGOTIATE” the CONSTITUTION! We DON’T bend, shred, slightly tear or in the least bit ignore the Constitution! If it’s NOT 100% compliant to the Constitution it must NOT survive the lobbyists requests, let alone to be presented as a bill!

By the time the illegal bill makes it’s way through the House and Senate it’s a huge indiscretion. Actually the moment an unconstitutional bill is presented, laws has been broken. It is the Representative’s responsibility to ensure any and all requests are completely and wholly 100% Constitutional. Because those who represent us have ignored our Constitution our nation now finds itself at the point of collapse and worse. However they’re not solely responsible for these acts, the American people must also accept some of the blame. If we had been responsible Americans we would have paid close attention to what was happening in OUR government! Instead we lived our lives without a concern, ignoring scandals, crimes, lies, deceptions, unconstitutional decisions made by the Supreme Court, illegal bills and laws and on and on! I’m sure by now you get the idea.

The solution to the situation we find ourselves in is rather simple, but because the American people have for one reason or the other not acted to remove illegal laws and to restore the balance that our Constitution has set in place, we now have a mountain to climb instead of a mole hill. As I have said…the solution is the Constitution and 100% compliance to the Constitution with NO exceptions!

With the government shutdown and Obamacare looming, there are two disastrous outcomes that our government is about to bestow on us. One – The government remains partially shutdown and the collapse of our nation takes a little longer. Two – Obamacare is funded and the collapse of our nation comes quickly. Because Obamacare has officially launched (Oct 1, 2013), either way we go we’re in trouble. At this point I believe we have run out of time to act in order to stop the collapse of our nation. At the least we must strong arm our Representatives, federally, at the state level and locally to put a stop to Obamacare. It must be stopped NOW! Everyone and everything is in jeopardy!

Boehner: Obama must negotiate

Speaker John Boehner said Sunday that the House of Representatives will not pass bills to re-open the federal government or raise the debt limit unless President Barack Obama comes to the negotiating table.

“He knows what my phone number is, all he has to do is call,” Boehner, R-Ohio said on ABC’s This Week with George Stephanopoulos.

In his first extended TV interview since the government shut down closed Tuesday, a defiant Boehner placed the blame for the fiscal impasse firmly on Obama, who has refused to sit down with House Republicans until they re-open the government.

“The president just can’t sit there and say, ‘I’m not going to negotiate,’ ” Boehner said.

Boehner said that there aren’t enough members in the Republican-led House to simply re-open the government with no other strings attached.

“There are not votes in the House to pass a clean (continuing resolution),” Boehner said.

But Democrats immediately called that claim false, arguing that 195 Democrats and 21 Republicans are ready to vote for that bill.

“Put it on the floor, and let’s see if you’re right,” Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y. said to Boehner in an interview on ABC.

Boehner said he worked with members to come up with the strategy to tie government funding to a delay of the new health care law, dubbed Obamacare, large portions of which into effect Tuesday. But some members of even his own party say that Boehner is moving forward on a path he opposes at the behest of conservative Republicans.

“I, in working with my members decided to this, in a unified way,” he said.

Boehner called Obamacare “a law the American people do not want and cannot afford” and said House members decided to “take a stand.”

“Providing fairness to the American people under Obamacare is all we’re asking for,” he said.

Congress must raising the debt ceiling before an Oct. 17 deadline when the nation is expected to exhaust its borrowing authority. If it does not, the United States government would default for the first time in history.

“That’s the path we’re on,” Boehner said.

“We are not going to pass a clean debt limit… The votes are not in the House… We are not going down that path.”

Boehner said Obama must be willing to negotiate over the debt ceiling — which he has said he will not do.

“His refusal to negotiate is putting our country at risk,” he said. “The debt limit is right around the corner. The president is saying, I won’t negotiate, I won’t have a conversation.

“The American people expect when we have a crisis in Washngton their leaders to sit down,” he said. “There may be a back room but there’s no one in it.”

Boehner accused Obama of saying “it’s my way or the highway.”

“It’s time for us to sit down and have a conversation,” he said.

How is the going to end?

“It’s going to end with negoiation,” Boehner said.

When is this going to end?

“If I knew, I’d tell you,” Boehner said.
